When Purchasing you items

We accept all major credit cards, including American Express. We also accept Electron, Solo, Switch and Visa Delta debit cards.

For an order we require the credit / debit card number, expiry date, the start date and the last three digits of the security number on the reverse of the card. For Switch cards we will also need the issue number.

Delivery

All orders over £50 free mainland UK delivery, orders under £50 postage £4.99 mainland UK all delivery usually takes 3-5 working days. delivery prices to other regions please phone for postage quotation.

Returns

We will offer a refund or exchange (if stock available) on any unworn/unused goods (faulty or otherwise) within 28 days of dispatch. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging with their labels intact.

We will re-imburse the postage paid when returning faulty items only. (Please note, this does not affect your statutory rights). If you require an exchange on a faulty item and we have stock available, you will not be charged again for delivery.
